This is a “virtual” dyno chart, something of an estimation, as only the electric motor, and not a whole bike on a typical dyno, has been tested for motor output. The chart shows an “idealized” torque reading according to Gene Banman, Zero’s CEO. In actuality it’s estimated to be closer to 50 ft-lbs. Still, all torque right off the line ain’t bad, eh? Banman says there’s potential for the motor to make upwards of 150 ft-lbs from the get-go. Yikes!
