Hello I am trying to fix an oil leak on my bike. Oil appears to be leaking from a bolt that I can't find in any of the specs I pull up. It is vertical about 4 inches under the oil cap. All the specs I pull up only show horizontal screws. Any Ideas????

Start by cleaning the engine up with Gunk or detergent so you can clearly see where the oil is coming from. If it is actually coming from the bolt, see if there's any gasket material around it. You probably don't want to remove the bolt without knowing what it does. It could be an adjustment, carrier, or have some other function that you'd screw up.

Fun Facts to Know and Tell! Thomas Jefferson wrote that the 1st Amendment erected a "wall of separation" between the church and the state (James Madison said it "drew a line," but it is Jefferson's term that sticks with us today). The phrase is commonly thought to mean that the government should not establish, support, or otherwise involve itself in any religion. Its.......A FACT! |
