MY 08 Majesty 125 FI user manual in English

I live in Korea (South) and I bought above bike(new) back in 2008 'made in Taiwan' with user manual in Chinese which I can't read thus I badly need one in English. I have been trying my best but couldn't make it.

Kindly let me know where I can buy one and I wonder if I can get service manual as well.

My current problems are;

1. The engine check light in IP stays on but starts and runs O.K.
2. Fuel gauge displays 4/5 even if fill her up to the neck.
