I cannot find any info in the owners manual about the cooling system. I am simply trying to find out what to put in the cooling resevoir. Should I put 100% antifreeze or a mixture of water and antifreeze

50/50 antifreeze mix. Prestone has this "universal" coolant; you don't have to worry what type is in there exactly, and the water that is premixed is distilled. Don't over-fill the bottle - to the "full cold" line only.

There is no water cooling system on the Maxim.

Heh - that's funny! I never even looked at the bike model - just quoted what to fill if you didn't know which antifreeze to put in!

Maybe oil for the oil cooler?
