r1 doesnt start
am stranded on the Isle Of Man - put key in - all lights work, turn over - makes a noise - but nothing else - have tried bump starting - but nothing - sometimes code 11 is on dash - but think that is when turning on in gear - any help guys!!

Could be damn near anything, but a little Googlin' turned up this: No start ecu code 11 - FixYa
Help us help you - tell us what you've done to the bike lately, if you've got spark, what the plugs look like, if you've got fuel, and whether or not the pump is running when you crank it. You might could use a Manual. I know - you're stranded, might even have one at home - but it's just as hard for us to long-distance-diagnose the problems. Good Luck.

Oh - and you might as well leave-off the bump-start: it won't crank with the starter in gear, and if you're not cranking using the starter - it won't inject fuel or fire the plugs.
Use a (NOT RUNNING!) Automobile to jump-start if necessary. Did I mention it should not be running when jumping the bike? Yes, you heard right - don't run the car when jump-starting the bike.
