I'm looking at buying a used Yamaha Vino (50cc) for my wife to commute to and from work (she's only 10km's each way)
As I have no experience what-so-ever in the used scooter market I was hoping on getting some tips and tricks when looking at a used scooter. Thanks - Jeff |

First, the scooter shouldn't look thrashed. And since you are looking at 50cc scooters you should try to find one with only a couple thousand miles on it. 50s don't last very long. You might be better off looking at the used Vino125s. They will do more than 40mph so she won't get run over from behind and they have much longer longevity.
