I just purchased a 96 royal star its a cream puff 20000 miles on it but it has a chirping to a high pitch shrill depending on what you are doing with the gas it seems to be worse at higher rpms its coming from the front of the motor and it sounds like it from the right side by the water pump but it is hard to tell regardless its a great scooter but this is really annoying if anyone has any suggestions let me know. thanks tom
