$70 million wouldn't even pay for the permits to build a new factory in the USA.

You snag the first post and don't say anything? What's wrong with you? Do you know how many adolescents would trade places with you in a heartbeat? On another note, 70 mil wouldn't even cover paying off all the honest Dems here in Chicago, and you wouldn't even get to the permits. Gotta pay off the Union bosses first.

So does that make Yamaha the largest manufacturer of motorcycles in the world?

Between Dem "compassion" and Repub "budget cutting" I'd say we're about bankrupt. Who's gonna pay for it all?
You and me.

Here is a link to some production specs from 1960 to 2000. Looks like Honda made 892,586 bikes in the year 2000 and Yamaha made 822,409 the last year of the list.
Don't know where they stack up now but I heard Honda is over a million a year now. Looking at the history Yamaha was bigger at one time when the made 2 and half million bikes in a year. |

$70 million wouldn't cover the environmental impact studies.
And no, it won't be you and me...it'll be a mix of tax revenue from growth and picking the grandkids pockets. |

Night of the long knives. You don't have to be Chinese to get that one.
