So is now the time to go in and lowball my local Yamaha dealer on a new cycle? Guess so seeing as I don't live in China or India.

I think they already celebrated the 40th (or 50th?) anniversary of their first bike sold in the U.S. a while back... I believe they've been around longer than Suzuki in the U.S., and didn't have to celebrate their charter- Yamaha actually sold bikes their first year here.
