First order of buisness - First Post!

Second order of buisness - While this is way off subject I was just browsing the list of past Daytona 200 winners. I saw Freddie Spencer in the list 5 times. I thought Russell was the only 5 time winner.

Third order of buisness - My money is on an Amercian victory for the next round in Africa. Edwards and Bostrom I think will both be very tough.

I hope it is Edwards and Bostrom also, that would just make my day. It will be a tuff race for both of them. Bostrom, just don't jump the start PLEASE.

LEGALIZE IT.

He is the only active five time winner! Yes, I do hope he gets well, fellow georgian.

Default The Best Racers in the World

Is it me, or does a generous amount of the worlds best racers come from America or Australia (save Carl Fogarty, Noriyuki Haga and Valentino Rossi)? You would think since colin edwards is both yankee and aussie would be the best out there.

Personally, I want it to be a very close season. atleast the top five or so riders duking it out for the entire season. I see it Corser, Bayliss, Bostrom at the top, with a little Laconi, Chili and Okada mixed in the winners circle.

Freddie Spencer is up there 5 times due to wins in F-1, Superbike, and the 250cc class (former F-2)

that's an arguable point...most of the best open-wheel formula racers (F1, CART, F3000, IRL) come from Brazil, where four wheel kart racing is popular...
