Default I ride a Harley

Got my first bike 18 months ago, a Harley Street Bob. I fell in love with it the moment I saw the bike. I actually bought it before I had my license. It sat in the garage for 2 months while I waited for my motorcycle safety class. Before I bought it I sat on every named bike there is, but nothing compared to it.

Any other Lady Harley riders out there?

Frankly, I can't afford a Harley, and certainly not as a first bike (I am a brand new-bie, in fact, I am not even taking my how to ride course until the end of May!).

I bought a Suzuki Boulevard S40 as my starter bike. And once I am comfortable with it, the plan is to inherit my husband's Triumph America.

He refused to buy a Harley. His reasoning was that everyone has a Harley, and he wanted to have something a bit different. Also that he doesn't really buy into the whole HOG mystique thing, he says.

I like haojue, a chinese brand motorcycle! It works well, the only problem is that it is not so easy to start it in cold winter!

I like sitting in my armchair in front of the fire, glass of decent Single malt in hand, dogs snoring at my feet, wind and rain lashing the windows while I'm cozy in my home watching Gladiator movies.........

Sound reasoning to me. Triumphs are cool. I have two!

She can tell them that the Triumph company is older than HD too. Ow, that'll hurt.
