Not a direct answer, but a better solution may be to have a seatmaker cut down your seat.

I doubt anyone makes a kit, so if you were so motivated, you'd have to have a shop make you a set of modified dogbones. A re-shaped seat is probably your best bet. Maybe Herman Munster boots, too.

Motrac makes lowering dog bones for the rear linkage or you can build your own out double ended rose joints!
