I am thinking about upgrading the rear shock & fork springs on my 07 Tiger with Ohlins. Their website (Motorcycle) identifies P/N TR 704 Type S46HR1C1B for the rear shock and P/N 08756-70 Type FORK SP for the fork springs. Has anyone already done this to their Tiger? If so, how much did it cost, and was the upgrade worthwhile?

PM,
I haven't looked to see if you've already done so, but you might want to post this on Triumphrat.net. Not a whole lot of (Modern) Triumph guys on this site. I don't know about the new Tiger, but the Sprints reportedly become a new bike when improved suspension bits are added. On the Sprints, the stock fork springs are good for a rider up to approximately 180 pounds. The shock is junk, especially if you are a big guy, or if you ride 2-up, or if you have the bags and load them up. HTH!
