I think you are probably unique.. I don't see many Gen Ys on Concours for that matter. I think you would agree that typical Concours owner is older like BMW riders. On the left coast.. the typical 20 something rides a race replica....

Default Asian Triumphs???

Well- I suppose we do have a global economy. As an old audiophile, getting used to China sourced tube gear was a gear stripper for me. The REAL gear stripper for me turned out to be that Chinese tube gear - at least some of it - is well made & sounds good.

Maybe the bikes will mirror that.

Rumor is that the 1300cc superbike motor idea is swirling again. No one has said a thing about the Trophy- I think it's because it would create direct competition with the exsisting Sprint model.

Those guys are still trying to stick with the 2 bike a year format. Updating exsisting bikes and creating new or recreating old models.

Default Overpriced and overrated and fittest

Well they have grown to be the world´s biggest engine manufacturer so how overrated and overpriced can they really be? Just wondering. After all, it’s free competition out there, survival of the fittest.

One would think that it is exactly the "overpriced and overrated" that have to give way in the market, and go under. Exactly that happened to Triumph once. I hope they succeed better this time, bikes such as Rocket III should help. Scrambler? Sorry to say dear chaps but back to the drawing board.

Sweet site. Great ideas from the mid-west.

You changed my mind. GenX'ers and GenY'ers will never buy em! They suck!
