Two a year is better than some Japanese manufacturers that I could mention. By updating I mean more than changing some trim pieces or a new paint scheme.

I thought Russia had the clamp on vacuum tubes? But only because something like ~90% of their Military Electronics (through the end of the Soviet Era) still utilised tubes (due to the cost/limited availability of micro hardware).

What about me? I owned two and couldn't keep the ladies off of me. Those things are dangerous. No wonder you only ride them bar to bar. Oh, and I'm 30 10 the new 30.

In a nest full of blind birds the one eyed pigeon is king.

I think that was the badge of honor.

Did I read too much into that?

"When I started riding many years ago , there was a website"...

OK... THAT was funny... been slippin' back into DW mode a bit IMHO.

BTW Bet you're thinking about

http://www.powersportsnetwork.com/

It's still up and is an EXCELLENT resource for Rider reviews IMO.

PS After I glanced at the "JD Powers" thing and nobody had mentioned that their credibility was way up there with "Motortrend" I bailed.

If you got the legs to get on the thing, they don't fit real well on the pegs. I can flat foot a Ulysses with the high seat and couldn't see riding the 675 for more than an hour. I've got a 33-34" inseam and don't mind a tight ride.(knock it off) But once you get real gear on it's tough to bend your knee that far.
