I saw a 2007 R6 the other day and liked it a lot!!. The owner said it's peaky though.

I don't think the softtails ride very well. The FLT or FLH models are Harleys best bikes IMHO. The relaxed riding style works for me.



My Triumph Speed 4 is too digital - throttle is on/off and it really needs to be ridden above 7000 rpm, whereas I ride it below 6000 and even changed the gearing to drop the rpm. It's fun, but limited. Just as well they don't make them anymore. I rode a Daytona and it worked a lot better and had big speed - not the sharp buzzy kind from a 600-4.

This isn't news, this is the standard rehashing the models get every year. The Tiger is going more towards the sporting end of the market, devoted adventure-tourists are going to be disappointed.

I don't like the stubby back end. and sharp angles on the fairing... I like the Kawasaki 07s nice and round... oops I slipped and started thinking about someelse sorry...
