I think each dealer is only getting one Rune each so imagine the markup on that!

It will be interesting to see what the final version of the Triumph looks like. Hopefully with all these new big displacement bikes H-D will start putting the 103" motor in the bikes stock.

Uhg! That is awful. It's actually uglier than the BMW cruiser it copies.

I don't ride with anyone who would buy this pig do you?

Why would I want the motor from my truck in a bike?

It sounds like a production Munch Mamouth or whatever the heck that beast was called(at least that one looked cool).

The "spy photo's" I saw looked more like an Indian 4, and was pretty sharp looking. This one looks like every other Asian cruiser except for the V-twin.

I agree with the other poster, they should concentrate on a new version of the Trophy. With the sport touring market gaining ground I think there's a market for a full touring bike that's not overly complicated. The ST4 , Sprint and Aprilia while simple, are more sport bikes than tourer's IMO

Good restoration on the Hi-Rider, they even squirted it with a hose to get that rode-in-the-rain English look.

The Ducati Virago is one I don't remember. Doesn't Moto-Guzzi make something similar called a California?

I remember the Hi-Rider for sure. Since I had a 72 Combat Commando, I cringed every time I looked at one of those. I don't remember the Duc, but God that's a bad look. This new Triumph looks like it has a Wankel engine in it from the picture. Remember that thing from Suzuki??

You can only ride on my bike if you have fringed arm chaps, thong chaps, and an E-Z Leaker. Then you would give a new meaning to riding *****!! LOL I got a parade pass, I got a parade pass! I heard all the tix are sold out and they are giving some extras out only to midwest people. Maybe I can scare a ticket up for you.

I've heard the beast is going to cost over $22K. AFA the appearance, even the dealers have not been told what the final configuration of the bike is, and that all will be revealed at the dealer meeting just before the public unveiling.

The word is the engine is derived from the existing 955 Triple architecture. I would assume the thing is going to have stump pulling torque, so maybe they'll sell the bike with a trailering package.

I didn't get a ticket package because it is such a riop. $100 for a t-shirt and pin and other doodads. They are selling single day passes to certain event plus the Club Hog thing is free.

I'm staying in Ocanamowac. We'll have to do massive quantites of beer.
