Default pet**** trouble

I need some help and information on a problem with my bike. I rebuilt a GS 750 suzuki, 3 years ago. I have had a wonderful time with it thus far ,last week I noticed it flooding up. I took the hose from pet**** and gas came pouring out without the key on.I assumed the pet**** need some work,so I brought kit and replaced washers, I put dial to on and no gas leak. I was so happy but I rode about 10 miles and it started again. What could the problem be, can anybody help me???:confused. Yhe gas is coming directly from the pet**** not the bowls so I know its not the floats sticking.

You have a stuck or dirty float valve in one or more of the carbs. Best to pull the carbs and clean them. You may get it working temporarily by tapping on each of the floats with a wooden mallet which may k**** the crud loose and let the needle reseat.

Always love the handle of the screw driver trick.
