Can I just ride my bike without being a "Chrome Cowboy" ? I really look silly in a cowboy hat and those boots pinch my toes plus chaps make my ass look fat.

BTW. 100% of motorcyclists avoid motorcycle related fatalities in locations where motorcycle riding is banned altogether.
