Call for Cosmo Topper! Yes, it does look like a freeking Topper. Everything old is new again. Having owned a Topper basket case, and assembeled one from the nuts and bolts basement on up, they were el-cheepo stamped steel and fiberglass junk. The Salsbury licensed torque converter was crap also. Junk Junk Junk. I did I mention the rope start for the 165cc DKW copy that Harley ripped off after WWII? Junk also!
