Default That's as wrong as two boys....

Why? Why Tom? Does Ducati know about this?

Oh it doesn't look like the link works. You didn't think I was gonna read an article about TC did you?

Whoopee.

With any Luck, he'll be the first to crash and be horribly-disfigured-and-crippled-so-he's-unable-to-act-again on one.........

Nothing like a Tom Cruise thread to bring out the best in everybody.

He's so easy to despise, isn't he? Maybe he can chase some jets alongside a runway somewhere...

Mr Hawk...as someone who's had paramedics cut clothes from my body while laying in the middle of the street, coughing up blood from ribs poking through both lungs...unable to move or speak while some ahole 'mo in an SUV was laughing on the inside that he took out some American on a motorcycle I'd say that's a pretty harsh statement. And I usta wonder why they had so many handicapped parking spaces, and now I wonder why they don't have enough...

Did Ducati build an E-meter into Toms?

You're Right, you're absolutely Right. I shouldn't wish for such a thing. That was callous and rude, and I apologize.

Perhaps if he just slipped and fell at the Scientomogy Compound and smashed his face against an erroneously-left-running saber-saw, and was thusly unable to "act" or appear on camera or in Public ever again?

Fergetaboudit Airhawk. A couple years ago I would have posted the same thing. Funny how things change, eh? Now about Mr. TC, I understand from a few industry types that I still talk to he's a pretty good motorcycle rider, and an accomplished pilot. And what's with the Scientology people wearing Naval uniforms, complete with ribbons? Scary. The hospital I go to (Kaiser Sunset in LA) is right next to the Ron L Hubbard shrine, and the Scientology folks were doing close order drills in the parking lot one day, in dress whites (combination caps and all). What's up with that?

All right. While working on my procrastination skills, and eating Chinese, I read the article. I was wrong, who am I to stand in the way of someone who can drop $72.5K on 1 bike.

One of the things that close order drill teaches you is to react to commands. That could come in handy. "Who the hell told you you could think!"
