Damned nice bikes. Make mine a T100. I see they finally got the kink out of the exhaust pipes. I know Cuddy hates these things, but I like em a lot. Nothing like riding a Bonnie that doesn't leak and the electrics actually work!

They are nice bikes, I loved riding the T100 I had and with the cast wheels and EFI things can only get better. I'd still have mine if I wasn't on the large side, these definately fit a normal sized rider a little more comfortably. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend one to anyone in the market for a basic fun motorcycle and with aftermarket support close to HD's you can dial in whatever flavor you want. Well worth the money.

I'll be hitting up Moto 400 for a test ride of the Bonni Black. When I worked at ATD I spent a lot of time on a Scrambler. My kid loved that bike. I think she liked it better than the comfy K bike.

If i had to buy new, these would hook my wallet before a new Sporty.
Got no problem with manus making modern examples of their own stuff.

It's nice to see Triumph keep the old school roots, including single wall pipes for that touch of blue near the exhaust ports. All it needs is a little fuel to drip from the faux carbs when the enrichment knob is pulled and the experience is complete.

Nothing says change like hearing Triumph describe the Bonnie as suitable for a beginner. When I started riding in 1964 there wasn't a bike made that had as much hp as one of these Bonnies. In fact I still have an old CW magazine that states that no one would ever need more power than was at hand in a 1964 Bonneville.

What? Are you guys nuts? As somebody who's owned one (a '71) the new Turnip looks like a bloated Honda CM400T. And they don't even sound like a real triumph! That Kawasaki W650 was more a Triumph then these er.."things"...give me a break...

And unless you get rid of those clogged up pipes they're about as fast as a Honda 400 twin too. I know, I've ridden one.

Nice test though. Sorry, but these new Triumphs are a real sore point with me. I mean jeez, if Kawasaki could make one...you'd think..ah forget it...

I had mine rejetted, airbox removed and K&N filters put on with a set of British Custom pipes. Made a big difference. After riding my Road Glide it feels anything but bloated.
