65-75 is perfect for me. Sure, it's kind of cold here right now (45*), but it is dry and I can ride. When it is cold you can always add layers. When it is hot, you can only take so much off before it is either risky to ride (no gear) or just plain illegal and creepy (naked)...and even then you aren't guaranteed to be comfortable.
