Jimmy wasn't satisfied being the worst President in US history. He had to become the worst ex-President in US history.

Preening, ungracious imbecile.

Default Rebuttal

Makes no sense at all. Yes we take a risk by riding a motorcycle but we lessen the risk of serious injury by wearing the proper gear, riding a safe motorcycle (not cruisers), and getting the proper training.

Really 327.6 miles? That's 32.8 miles here in WA or Colorado.

Thanks for the meaningful contribution. It puts the "blathering by the MO collective" to shame. This is the reason I subscribe.

Default Carter an American Hero

Honest, noble, moral and insightful... An American Hero. He took over much at a time much like it will be for whoever replaces W. Vietnam war spending was matched with tax increases thus massive deficits. They Nixon's man Kissinger convinces him to let in the Shah of Iran into the country the rest is history

And kpaul knows exactly where the line of "acceptable risk" is drawn. People who say that motorcycles are inherently dangerous and should be banned are silly; people who choose not to wear a helmet are reckless. So sayeth kpaul, archetype of the Boomer generation.

Default Funny thing is....

...that one guy will kick your a$$ on the bike. My friend, that happens to be a sheriff, runs a youth mtb race team and was asked to ride with Bush during his visit to Napa. "The guy can flat-out ride"

Oh, damnit, I just tasted this bait and it's synthetic.
