I think the fight was actually in the showers after the game.

And the only Ass-pounding goin' on....... well, you can figure that one out for yourselves.

And convenient. I wonder when the 'big race' is scheduled?

Don't forget, he was able to over take a cruiser while riding around in his neighborhood.

That's one hard core mother f*cker.

I Agree. Why, why make it look like a Ducati ripoff, when you could of had an original design??? For 40k I'd get a Bimota. They may use Ducati engines, but they don't look like'em.

Yes, but only after they enlarged the tank. The oringinal V-Rod was 3.8 gallons. And I'm not sure if they ever changed the tank on the B model.

Something is wrong with yours.

If it ever goes above 220 it's broken. The thermostat set point is 175 degrees, not 185-195 degrees.

It should get to 220 when stuck in traffic on a hot day, at which point the fan should come on, and it should drop to 200 at which point the fan goes off.

VFR 800s can benefit from some of the same things as twins. They run super lean since Honda is so into being green and changing the fuel mapping will cool things off a LOT. (Not to mention how the engine actually responds)

But if they raked the forks out to 40 degrees, replaced all the unobtanium with pig iron, and then coated everything in site with chrome it would suddenly sell well enough at a higher cost to make them money on tiny production runs.

The world is a weird place. Even Ducati is overpriced compared to the big 4, but that doesn't mean there isn't a place for Ducati, and it doesn't mean there isn't a place for a more potent V-twin sportbike from H-D/Buell.

Just looked at the HD site, the normal Vrod has a 5.0 gallon tank now.

"Housed in carbon fiber bodywork with strong hints of Ducati..."

That's not strong hints, that's a literal rip-off. I'd love to see Roehr use bodywork... perhaps talking to Fischer so the whole package feels unique.

Yes indeed they do! The design team put cooling fins on a water jacketed engine just so it would look sorta like the original crispy HD motor. I'm sure that's just one of several places to go look for excess poundage.
