right .Agreed.. but in SD the whole bunch was corrupt.. Actually I think the victim's Federal constitutional rights were blown away.. Yep get the Feds.. Didn't that happen in the Sima valley thing Rodney King thing...

And the likelihood of OJ being freed in South dakota is low. Bottom line is all States have their corruptions and prejudices,they're all equal just different.

Worse yet that wasn't 3 years in prison.. That was a 3 year probation thing..

Any changes to the law as a result of the spotlight? If not, I would suggest maybe usin' some of them lawyers and politicians rather than hangin' um. Better yet, have Janklow introduce the bill as part of his expiation. If he still ain't repentant, then, well, I guess there's always work as a crash test dummy for him.
