Am I the only person who believes that it's utterly retarded to advocate laws that one does not already voluntarily follow? If it's such a great idea that it should be imposed upon others, then one should already be doing it.

Agreed. Riding is a privilege. We should be happy to be limited to 250-cc standards. It's for our own good.

What I found scariest about that was the way the S.K. Supreme Court justified their decision with a subjective evaluation, not based on interpretation of the law. Talk about an activist court!

`Banning two-wheeled vehicles from highways should not be considered as an infringement to the basic rights of drivers, considering that they pose a higher danger for traffic accidents and that they could disturb traffic flow to the point of posing a safety threats to cars,Â’Â’ [i]said the court.

SK has a parliamentary form of govt. This means that even though they have what is called a constitution it can be changed so easily that they may as well not have one.

Heck we may as well not have one either. When was the last time you saw the Congress pay the slightest heed to it?

The Commerce Clause means that the Fed can regulate the size of toilets. LOL!

Wait. On second thought regulating toilets is what the Fed is best employed at.
