The problem is that GM has nothing exciting for sale. Look at chrysler, they turned it around from the aries k car to the new magnum/300/charger/ram and viper. GM got rid of the camaro and trans am and gave us the cobalt and SSR? And the corvette is finally back on track (the verdict is still out), but thats about it.

As far as unions, they screwed themselves by being too greedy, as did the corporate honchos. Their is no balance anymore. A family friend used to work for GM. His job was to drive the cars off the end of the assembly line, and on holidays he would make $87 per hour! Dont get me started on the CEO that makes 100 mil a year while the company nosedives.

Its just a matter of time until china just steamrolls over us, they have all our manufacturing, all the steel mills, die casting plants. Pretty soon we will be buying tanks and guns from them.

I don't understand people who aren't fiscally conservative. I'm a "liberal" too, in most ways; I pretty much vote the party line actually. However, this BS about how unionization is going to save the middle class is exactly that. America is about entrepreneurship and taking risks, and that's the only thing that is going to keep this country ahead of the rest. You want all of our evil corporations to be headquartered in China or Inda? It's time to realize the rest of the world is going to compete for manufacturing, engineering, and management, in those order. Let's fight to keep them here!

Travel to any red state. Everyone buys american. They're all brain dead and living off the entrepreneurs in the blue states. Living liabilities.

Buy an American manufactured computer then jackass. Oh wait. There aren't any.

Dell makes the best computers. I guess if you can't figure out your new computer you probably shouldn't have one. Good thing you sent it back.

Where the hell did you find that anyway? That's a genius way to shut up a political argument. We liberals seriously need to take note.

No, think about it this way. Pretty soon they will be BUILDING tanks and guns FOR us. The profits will stay here. Either that or we're screwed, and I'm an optomist.
