I always love this rant. "Stupid pigs, all they ever do it issue tickets, Why don't they go out and catch some real criminals"

Are you all a bunch of retards? If you run my bike off the highway b/c you lost control of your SUV while driving at high speed and talking on your celly and sipping your venti, how am I any more dead than if you shoot me in the head when our drug deal doesn't go down the way you like it? What makes that not a violent crime?

As motorcyclists, the cops are on our side.

Hey boru, calm down a bit. Two things:
  1. I'm with Cap'n on the hassling of people selling roses.
  2. "Talking on your celly and sipping your venti" is completely different from exceeding the posted limit while paying attention.
And as far as I'm concerned, those ***** SUVs should be outlawed. In fact, in much of Los Angeles County, they are! (I'll be posting a news story about this if I can find an old article I've been looking for.)

Kocinsky pulled the "Do you know who I am?!" card.

Not surprisingly, the cop didn't.

Tell ya what - I won't bag on you for not wearing a helmet, if you can ride like Rossi.

Dear MO Readers,

If you aren't used to the idiotic rantings of "sportbikebandit", please allow me to explain what he was trying to accomplish with the above post.

The above incident (passenger killed) never actually happened. KPaul is merely attempting to let us all see how terrible life would be if our Utopia wasn't ruled by those who'd protect us from ourselves.

Thanks Sean I should of put my disclaimer on the front of it. i.e. "This is a fictious account, albeit a lame attempt, used to illustrate what might of happened if a police officier had failed to do his duty"

As far as I can tell, his head wouldn't look any better than mine hitting the ground. But in Californy, saving people from themselves is a full time job. I'll stay right here, thanks.

Obviously, people that can't think for themselves want other people to do the thinking for them. Wanting to be told what to do, and when to do it, is comforting for those with an infantile mentality. Luckily, there are still some states where we can use our own judgement.
