Don't forget about the recent (within 2 weeks) incident of the 911 dispatcher who told the caller of a streekbike accident "Too bad!" and hung up in Connecticut...



HOWEVER, the emergency crews were immediately dispatched...

My understanding is that no one has the legal right to exceed the speed limits, except a police officer who is in pursuit of a fleeing suspect.

That said, I actually saw a police crime scene van doing the speed limits the other day.
