I'm sure the rank and file are as sickend by this assholes behavior as any normal person would be. It's not a big leap of logic to figure out this guy is a hazard to everyone around him, who shows no remorse what ever for killing someone through his own gross negligence.

The amazing thing to me is the two Staters they cited as evidence still have their jobs. One responding to a 911 concerning running a stop sign call clocks him @ 86 in a 55 or 31 over, the other clocks him @ 84 in a construction zone or 44 over, and running a State Patrol off the road too boot.

I guess things are differant in "the heartland" but here anything above 20 over is mandatory reckless driving and a trip to jail, followed by a court appearance, and speeding in a constuction zone is a double fine and court appearance.

Randy Scott is dead partly because these troopers failed to do their jobs and reign this clown in when they had the chance.

If anyone ever doubted the wisdom of the separation of powers this is one case to help reaffirm that wisdom. State boys get all wound-up in the politics. The courts have the chance to be a bit more neutral. His sentence was a joke but at least the appeals were rejected. Now if a bolt of lightning will blow his sorry ass off the planet I might just start to count on divine intervention to sort out the messes the system leaves behind.

Janklow should have recieved at least 5-10 yrs based on other similar cases over the years .It proves that it never hurts to have friends in high places.

As a diabetic, would the sugar content of his blood alter the conductivity of his blood, and thus, the likelihood (hopefully more) that lightning might stike him?

There was a race between a pair of lesbians and a pair of homos. Why did the lesbians win?

Because the lesbians travel lickety-split while the homos stay home and pack their shyt.

"In some states, after parole an ex-con can vote."

How? Isn't that a violation of federal law?

And what is your source for ex-cons "voting the NRA playbook"?
