Don't know what SD's law is on that. Jackoff probably will have a bill passed in state to allow just him to vote.

All adds up to Mr Scotts family not getting sheeite, and Jackoff still living large on the plains.

At least the entire SD supreme court had the integrity to recuse themselves due to conflicts of interest. Too bad the appeals court couldn't weigh in with a more appropriate sentence.

In some states, after parole an ex-con can vote.



They usually vote the NRA playbook BTW.

It seems that the S.D. supreme court does not tollerate bullshyte. The were thorough in their rejection of all of the claims.
