Its simple, if this is a fully private community they have every right to impose this restriction. Riding a motorcycle is not a right it is a privilege, just like driving a car is. Any motorcyclist who choses to live in this community is a idiot. Now if this community takes one cent of goverment funding for anything, road upkeep, etc. then I would sue there ass.

IMO they just haven't targeted motorcycles like they do cars. Maybe the fact that there are less than 1/10th as many motorcycles on the road as cars might have something to do with it. It just hasn't been as big a problem. But I think they are starting to take notice. And it will probably get worse. More and more people are buying motorcycles every year. I know stats show that near 80+% of H-D owners change the exhaust within a year after buying the bike. And it is for sound, not horsepower. I'm sure sport bike figures are close to the same.
