My daughter has a book with Rufus the reindeer in it. He gets stuck in a chimney.

The thing that irks me is the ease with which cagers avoid penalty and responsibility with the old "I didn't see him" excuse. Motorists use this even when they DO see us because they know it's a "get out of trouble free" card. Such an excuse should not be admissible. A motorist is morally and legally obligated to see others on the road and not violate their right of way.

Another problem is the common "motorcyclists deserve it" attitude. You see this when a motorcyclist is killed in a serious wreck and the papers make a big deal about whether he was wearing a helmet of not.

Ask any PI lawyer. In motorcycle cases, they'll avoid a jury trial if at all possible, because of the 'deserving' aura...

Well then cagers who hit motorcyclists deserve to be shot by the "masked avenger" while they're out with their little familys on their cute little picnic, since we know that all people that drive cars at the PERFECT little Americans.

Agreed. Tarred & Featherd, keelhauled and broken on the wheel.
