Gee, maybe they'll ban Ninjas now, and Kawasaki can finally get that bloated pig, ZX-7 off the market!

Last i checked, the ZX-7 would annihilate a purple CBR600F2.

Are they going to ban 18-wheelers? You know, some of those grumpy truck drivers like to force their way in a lane, running people off of the road and travel at 90mph on the interstate with thousands of times more potentially damaging force than a motorcycle?
No one told the driver of the Civic to swerve out of his lane. Technically speaking, if you hit someone trying to avoid an accident, it's still your fault. How did they hit another motorcycle after being forced OFF the road? |

That's nothing, you should see some of the stories around here recently concerning semi-tractor trailer trucks, and the carnage they've wreaked. Trains derailed, vans full of children exploded, caustic chemical spills and whole villages wiped off the map!
I say, ban the trucks from public roads and make them use seperate highways, at their own expense. |

Obviously you didn't understand the whole article. If they ban Ninjas, they ban all motorcycles. Learn to comprehend.
PS The ZX7R you are talking about is the fastest 4 cylinder in World Superbike. |

No it isn't, the Suzuki is faster - next time you watch a SBK race on TV, watch how the GSX-R easily overtakesthe ZX down the straights.

How did they hit another motorcycle after being forced OFF the road?
Sounds like a crash that occurred in the SF Bay Area some years ago. One rider made a blind pass, forcing an oncoming car off the road. The driver ended up in the dirt, overcorrected, crossed the centerline, and hit three riders who were following the first. |

The zx-7R is a piece of crap. Its just that Akira Yanagawa is a badass.
Let me clarify.....the ZX-7R streetbike is crap......hasnt changed since when? 93? close to 500 lbs wet? maybe 110hp at the tire? The WSBK bike, on the other hand, has been through 10 years of uninterrupted development, and is in the hands of a very capable rider. Oh, by the way, the 7R is one of my favorite bikes, it has an almost classic look about it that, to me, just oozes character, a rarity for japanese bikes. You must be an ignorant moron to even try and compare a streetbike to a WSBK bike......its like comparing a regular taurus to a NASCAR car......virtually no parts shared.
