Sounds like Autolatina and UAAI (United Australian Automotive Industries -Toyota/GM).
These alliance things never work out, there's always *****ing and fisticuffs about who gets what, arguments if one bike is better looking than another, or sells better than another, and constant whining from dealers. When BMC was formed the fighting between the dealers was so bitter that workers in the Morris factory would sabotage cars that were going to be sold as Austins. |
