Default 1975 Ossa Super Pioneer 250

I have for sale a 75 Ossa Super Pioneer 250. I had a complete engine overhaul in Summer of 2007. I just had a fresh piston installed in Fall of 2007. Other new parts include a new Minuki carb, full "turbo" throttle assembly with cable, new clutch cable, front brake cable, hand grips, and clutch and brake handles. I only run premium gas and high quality racing synthetic oil. I was told to run high quality lubrication because in the older engines, they tend to make noise if regular gas and oil are used. I had a horsepower estimate of 30-35 with the rebuild. It runs excellent, starts everytime, and does not smoke excessively. It has enough power to lift the front end up in third gear. It has extremely high compression that is uncommon in 2-strokes. I have a lot more information on the bike if anyone is interested. I also have pictures that I can e-mail. You can drop me a line at ranger_danger@windstream.net or call at (814) 849-6309 and ask for Jeremiah. I live in Brookville, PA. Zip is 15825 for mapquest users. I am asking $1600 for the bike. I have put over $2400 into parts and repairs. Great bike for collectors or someone that wants to continue the restoration process.

No, I do not. I got rid of that when I got the new one. Sorry.

Jeremiah was a bullfrog, he was good friend of mine. I never understood a single word he said but I helped him drink his whine. He always had some mighty fine wine. Sing it Joy to the world...all the boys and girls now , joy to the fishies in the deep blue sea and joy to you and me.

And if i were the king of the world , i tell you what i would do. Id throw away the cars and the bars in the world and id make sweet love to you.

Sing it now : Joy the the world , all the boys and girls , joy to the fishies in the deep blue sea , joy to you and me.

Yah know I love the ladies , love to have my fun ... Im a hard knock flyer and a rain bow rider ... a strait shootin son of a gun , i said a strait shootin sun of a gun.

Joy to the world , all the boys and girls , joy to all the fishies in the deep blue sea , joy to you and me.

Joy to the world , all the boys and girls , joy to the world joy to you and me

Joy to the world , all the boys and girls , joy to the fishies in the deep blue sea joy to you and me.

Joy the the world , all the boys and girls , joy to the world , joy to you and me.

Nice Bike! Wish I could afford it, but I just got my preliminary tax bill. Yikes!

Take it to the PVR Swap meet in York this weekend. It'll sell. Potomac Vintage Riders

Neat bike, I always liked the Stilleto. Spanish dirt bikes have the same panache as a Ducati or Moto Guzzi...that certain indefinable something that the Japanese have never gotten down except with the first Elsinores and works TM's

A buddy of mine had a 70's works Elsinore and that 250 absolutely screamed. It would run off and leave my 81 CR480... Powerband hit like a freight train, truely impressive. Scary but impressive.

Oh yeah, taxes will take the money right outta your pockets. Ha. I wish I could sell for cheaper, but I put too much money into it to go any lower.

I like the Stilletos as well. I couldn't find one though. I came across mine for a steal. I paid $300 for it, the engine barely ran, but the piston, rings, carb and crank were shot.

Believe me, it screames. I've had it full bore before, and it will only hit about 60 or so, but its got the power to get you up to speed in a flash. It also seems like it will not run out of RPM's. It just keeps going and going.
