Nah, more like:

"Salvage title in hand"
"Reconstructed title in hand"
"Non-reconstructable salvage title in hand"
"No title, bike cannot be registered. Don't even try."

I've actually seen these advertised.

...gee, thanks. A 2002 EX250 that was beaten up learning how to ride and I might be lucky enough for getting it and MSRP?! Must be my lucky day.

The ad on here a month or two ago where the guy had some D/P bike saying " I don't care what the book value is, this bike is worth more...." was pretty funny
