$2.1 M
An established motorcycle dealership with two leading brands in a prime Greater Vancouver location for sale. This price is essentially the value of the land; buyer will require about $500K for inventory. Gross sales last year were over $1.6 M. There are plenty of opportunities to grow this business, especially for those with sales and marketing acumen who have an interest in motorcycles. Due diligence and financial data for business has been compiled and will be released to serious and able buyers upon qualification and signing of a confidentiality agreement. Vendor financing and equity partnership may be possible. The owner wishes to retire and ensure continued success of the business. Email: craigkulyk@gmail.com |

Kirk, what do you think about Washington?
Anyone interested in a "Partnership Deal"? I could probably come up with about $100k.

Airhawk- never been much for snow. Being a southern boy I typically like snow for a day or so then I'm over it. My only question is: What's the annual expense (all- loans, payroll, utilities- all) vs the gross? What's the net?
