up for sale is my 2007 Black Kawasaki Z1000 with 9075 miles on it.

I am the second owner – I bought the bike used from the local dealership in March 2008 with 3413 miles. Only rode 5600 miles in 2 years …

You are about to learn that modifying a bike reduces it's resale value.

Invest is the most misused word in the motorcycle community. Owner #1 can lower it stretch it get a new can & forks, spending $3000.00, the next will spend another $4000.00 putting it all back. And used performance parts are worth about 30% retail.

And I dnt think anything is worth NADA or KBB pricing, they diddnt know the economy would be this bad when they made those projections.

NADA is the book the lending institutions use. It's all anyone will be able to borrow to buy a used bike if he doesn't have the cash.

I understand, but my point was that I think those values are a bit high, considering the economy, so I wouldnt even be willing to pay book value, much less 1500 above it . But that bike looks great.
