Default 2007 Kawasaki Z1000 - 9075 miles - $6500 - Northern Virginia

up for sale is my 2007 Black Kawasaki Z1000 with 9075 miles on it.

I am the second owner – I bought the bike used from the local dealership in March 2008 with 3413 miles. Only rode 5600 miles in 2 years …

Clean / Clear title - Never laid down

carbon fiber Two Brothers M5 exhaust,
carbon fiber fairing / windscreen,
carbon fiber side cover,
licence plate relocated,
Black shorty Pazzo Levers,
Protaper handlebar,
Clear Alternative rear light with integrated turnsignals,
Gear indicator integrated in the Cluster Gauge + blacked out Gauge
OEM Kawasaki Seat cowl
bar end mirrors
battery charger / tender
swingarm sliders spools
brand new battery installed last summer
tires are fairly new BT016 (bi compound for the front and tri-compound for the rear)





comes with the following:
OEM exhaust
+ OEM levers
+ painted OEM side covers
+ OEM fairing / windscreen
+ OEM handlebars
+ OEM Mirrors
+ OEM mud guard (licence plate bracket)
+ rear seat
+ Front Stand
+ Rear Stand
+ Track plastics (front fairing + radiator fairing piece + tail) – bought used, never mounted on my bike. Ask for picture if you are interested as I have a few from fairings' previous owner.

NADA Avg retail of $5680 + really rotten economy = good luck.

$5000 and Craigs list and it'll probably move, it's a cool looking bike, just crappy time to sell........

more than $1800 invested in accessories ...


So if you are interested, I can sell you the bike for $5680 in stock condition and I will sell the rest of my stuff somewhere else

You are about to learn that modifying a bike reduces it's resale value.

Invest is the most misused word in the motorcycle community. Owner #1 can lower it stretch it get a new can & forks, spending $3000.00, the next will spend another $4000.00 putting it all back. And used performance parts are worth about 30% retail.

And I dnt think anything is worth NADA or KBB pricing, they diddnt know the economy would be this bad when they made those projections.

NADA is the book the lending institutions use. It's all anyone will be able to borrow to buy a used bike if he doesn't have the cash.

I understand, but my point was that I think those values are a bit high, considering the economy, so I wouldnt even be willing to pay book value, much less 1500 above it . But that bike looks great.
