Default Doohickey

You're right, the doohickey is a KLR fix. The Suzuki DR650 does not have a doohickey issue.

Figures!

Where are the 'I'm a tall person, what bike should I buy?' posts when a great bike comes along?

Default KLR doohickey

The doohickey fix on a KLR is the replacement of the idler shaft lever, spring, and associated parts.

Broken doohickey from a KLR.
