I'd have to look. I was just watching it today and thought I'd post it. Sorry the link was jacked, and thanks for reporting it. I don't believe they said anything about the riders involved or what the outcome was.

A following rider could not avoid Joan and he took the full brunt of a heavy impact from the other rider's front wheel. The accident meant a complete restart of the race, still over 16 laps. After being admitted to hospital Joan was diagnosed with four broken ribs, an injury to his shoulder, a finger injury and some blood inside his lung. The other rider, Roberto Tamburini had a broken left collarbone. Joan is being kept in hospital in England for around a week and although it is too early to predict how fast his recovery will be, it is expected to take some weeks
