Rumors of new BMW 650 models?

Has anyone heard of rumors surrounding new, or much-modified BMW singles based on the XCountry/XMoto platform? I hear that BMW is hinting, but so far only hinting at big new changes coming very soon.

Or possibly they are planning 450 versions of the same sorts of bikes? Any scuttlebutt, please pass it on!

The 450 single enduro is developed. It will be for sale soon, if not already. And the motor is Chinese sourced to BMW specs.
The 650 (twin) is a sleeved down version of the 800 they just released last year. If you're asking if they will put the single in something "new"- highly unlikely. Because the twin motor exsist it would be a logical choice for any "new" platform. The single is outdated technology now.

I think singles are still viable... Twins have a lot more stuff going on.

It's not a matter of viable. It's a question of development. Why- when husky is going to be doing the dirty work. The G bikes are cool but they will have a short life span in BMW standards.
