I figure Honda is envisioning a future that looks like this:

What's wrong with that? I think it's neat as heck. Shove a unicycle up your butt and you're a Rovin' Ranger!

Riva Motorschports has some heavy duty Segways that are the shyt. They have big knobbies and spoke wheels. Damn I wish I could ride something neat like that to work.

Speaking of hippie tree hugger vehicles, I swapped a couple emails with Michael Czysz about his electric bike entry at the TT. He showed up with a really powerful bike with some advanced features like hot-swappable batteries (pit stop of the future?). Anyway, their bike crapped out due to a weak component so it was a pretty big bummer for the company. But, they intend to continue designing and building a next-gen electric sport bike. The next 5 to 10 years will be very interesting; I think the technology is hitting a threashold. One bike had fully bio-degradable, even edible batteries with all the output of the LiPos.
