So what's the deal on this bike, is it a wet dream, a custom somebody built, a new model, what?

This is supposed to be the replacement for the Tuono. Its the new
RSV4 Aprilia that they are currently racing in Wsbk by Biaggi and Nakano.
Cant wait to see it produced, well see.

I may as well mail my drivers license to the State in advance if I ever get ahold of one of those things.

Thanks for the new wallpaper. I've had the Benelli Triple on there long enough.

I know isnt that thing beautiful! Now the only thing left is if the concept will look anything like this. From what Iv read its set for production in 2010. Look up or google Aprilia FV2 concept.

But since you are an 'all-out performance' kind of guy, you can't buy that bike. It won't do a thing for your lap times.
