Private off road park
Breaking ground on a private/ public 100+ acre offroad park in Costa Rica. Offering timeshare and condo opportunities as well as lifetime memberships with a condo purchase. Open to the public one weekend a month and members have unlimited access.

Well let's hope Costa Rica doesn't have shark-like personal injury attorneys who love to see off road parks open.
Make sure you have enough insurance when that kid on a rented Suzuki doesn an endo into a riverbank, and sues you for a zillion dollars. It's closed down every off-road park here in California, hope things are different in Costa Rica. Maybe you can just line up the lawers against a wall and shoot them with those HK91's the soldiers down there like to tote. Seems to work well in Mexico....
