Default MotoGP Donington

We've got to have a Donington thread, no? Let's catch up, shall we?

FP1 & 2 were very wet. Pedrobot seems to have learned to ride in the wet, fairing extremely well--3rd & 1st. Hayden continues his return from the dead, otherwise known as the "Edwards Underworld," with 2nd in both wet sessions. Stoner has blasted Donny as a 3rd world venue (along with just about everybody else). Rossi is struggling a bit but no one really expects that to last come race day. Edwards is, well, Edwards. Who knows what to expect from him? Hopper looks fine at his "home" race. Kawi and their sole remaining Frenchman look competitive again. It's a fair bet that Kurtis Roberts and the KR will be lapped.

And now, FP3. Shockingly, a dry session:

I predict an 800cc V4 will win! The prophylactic has spoken!

It's nice to see Nicky becoming competetive. I expect progress to continue through out the year.

You are truly a genius, oh great one. You're right, that Rossi loser has no chance on that claptrap I-4.

Now, if the GMP, would bless me with some more divine intuition:
Will I buy that extremely tasty 675 I tested today?

Agree. I don't expect miracles, but it seems like they're getting Hayden's bike sorted out. Melandri's still getting the high hard one, though. It's looking more and more like he won't be riding a Honda next year.

Default It was looking pretty darn good

I can't wait till Assen. I hope it's dry. I've got my favorites but Nicky is one I'd like to see run well. Of course he is on Michelins, ouch. How'd a thunk it Rossi off the podium and Bridgestone the hot tire. Nice job by all. Ant West what a trip. Loris your breaking my heart. Can't wait to watch the 125's to watch Steve Bonseys progress.
