We are in need of some major help! I have been given the ok to start construction on a new indoor/outdoor motocross facility in central Indiana! but...... the city wants proof that riders/racers will show up to participate!!! I have an entire business plan based on that concept that I did over 8 yrs ago. Yes, it will work, No, if you keep the AMA outdoor dB levels it will not be too loud for the neighbors. Yes, you will have to stop playing outside by 8pm. Yes, you should be going for sponsors now.
