When you commute enough miles that you have to replace the back-tire every 3-5 weeks, it's tedious. And I'm not talkin' about just a square-edged-strip of cords down the middle of the tire (we've got curvy backroads here). Although in all-honesty and full-disclosure I HAVE worn a couple of tires that way.

Anyway, I haven't had a Dunlop (except as the carcass of a Tomahawk T3-Sport) in about 4 or 5 years. I don't even know what model-number is the current Dunlop S-T favourite.

All I can really comment on is their race tires, the grip was always phenomenal and it always gives you a warning that the tires about to go. As far as mileage on the street tires, who really cares:0)
