You know I missed the race in motegi but saw the highlights from it while previewing Malaysia and wow what a battle. I still agree with you though, it's rare to see fights like that anymore these days.Course Ben's coming up we will see.

Rossi is a racer first and foremost. I loved the side by side with Lorenzo, much mo betta than Pedrosa punting Nicky into the weeds way back when.

You rarely see battles that intense anymore so it was good to see it. In 90's it was every weekend.

I'm not certain it was the case, but suppose if Rossi crashed out Lorenzo and he'd have lost or risked losing the championship. For Lorenzo and Yamaha. Would you be cool with that? "All's fair in love and war?"

I like motorcycling because it's usually not a "team sport." It's about individuals. But, seems to me if you sign up with a factory team, and that team has a guy one race away from taking the series, you ought not put the guy in the weeds. I think it's selfish.

I think Rossi just wanted to postpone the championship by a race or two.

Every year someone always wants to go head to head with Rossi. You have to out smart a guy like that cause you'll never beat him head to head. No body learns.
